Extension for resource cost calculation, incl. reporting
Resource usage is tracked in PROVYS. Typically, usage reports are based on resource orders and warehouse operations, but it is possible to manually add more. The resource usage costs are calculated based on the price list functionality which includes cancellation fees, special discounts or different prices based on production types. Usage reports can be linked to contracts or invoices and used as a time sheet. After approval, costs are visible in the budget for comparison.
Compare budget with costs in real time
Costs will enter budget comparison even in the planning stage when resources or services have only just been ordered. Then, as the project is running, the cost figures are updated with the actual costs. This way you can watch out for budget overruns from the beginning of the project.
Report work easily
Work is typically reported based on the resource schedule. When there are no changes, just a confirmation is needed, changes can be worked in using bulk editing while keeping the schedule intact for comparison.
Pay the right price
You can specify price dimensions to deviate from the base price. For example, you may have different prices according to the project type, resource seniority, early/late orders or for late cancellations.
Calculate wages
Data from work reporting can be used for HR reporting to calculate project work, standbys, overtime, etc.
