As non-linear platforms require different video, audio and subtitling versions in multiple formats, material workflow automation is a must. In PROVYS, as soon as the non-linear content is scheduled, creation of the non-linear version is triggered and the entire processing is managed by a sequence of manual or automated tasks set on your needs. You can segment slots and prepare mini-playlists with either placeholders or even with interstitials and secondary events included. The segmentation process can be completely automated by defining the business rules for each platform. The main aim is to prepare one final material complete with both promotions and commercials (if any) with all editorial and technical components in the correct format. This is then sent to the non-linear platform with the available publishing period. The final material delivery to the platform can be done either within your MAM or through the PROVYS media layer. A standard file-based XML export can be used as well.

You can schedule either just the placeholders which will be dynamically filled by the ad servers or prepare the full mini-playlist with limited validity.

Deliver the final non-linear title material in correct format with all its components and available publishing dates accurately and on time. The PROVYS system is open to integration with third-party applications both through server-to-server interfaces and imports/exports, available through the full PROVYS client or web client.
