Milan Kopačka is the new Director of the PROVYS Customer Care Department
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Milan Kopačka as our new Director of Customer Care Division from June 17, 2021.
Milan’s professional career is closely connected with PROVYS, where he has worked in various technical and management roles for the past 20 years. Milan joins Customer Care from Operations Department, where he was a Head of Delivery Team Beta, responsible for implementing the PROVYS system to new customers. His main goal is strengthening the company’s customer-oriented approach so that PROVYS continues to be a trustworthy partner for our customers, supporting the performance of their daily activities.
