Do you have full control over your price lists? Which units, values and coefficients you need to use and which you do not? Which value is the base price and which only modifies it? PROVYS brings a variable hierarchy structure of price lists for you.
How does it work, you ask?
Let’s have a closer look. In general, there are two main types of pricelists. You can define just one base price (global value) and modify the spot price by several coefficients. Or you can define more than one absolute value in so-called Stripes, usually for day parts. These base prices are inserted as a primary dimension, all coefficients are inserted as subordinated dimensions. Finally, the hierarchy tree is created. There are about 13 different dimensions and it’s possible to have any combination of them. And yet, items can be created one by one or in bulk. In addition, you can limit the price list validity for some target groups and attach the index rate card to copy some values from a different price lists. Of course, it’s possible to create a special price list that is valid only for a specific deal and the related orders.
All these features have been developed to streamline price calculations, make your work easier and save time.
